Job Description:

As an Electronics Technician at Hatch Product Development, you'll be at the heart of our engineering test lab, providing crucial support to our design engineers, research and development teams, and manufacturing experts. Your role is instrumental in helping us turn groundbreaking concepts into real-world solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• PCBA Review and Troubleshooting: You will meticulously review and troubleshoot PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) schematics, identifying and addressing issues to ensure flawless functionality.
• Rework and Soldering: Your skill in rework and soldering will be put to good use, as you perform necessary modifications on PCBAs to meet exacting standards.
• Component Research: You'll research and analyze components to assist in procurement, ensuring that the right components are chosen to meet project requirements.
• Test Development and Execution: You'll actively participate in the development and execution of tests, meticulously documenting the results for analysis.
• Lab Equipment Maintenance: You'll be responsible for the proper use and maintenance of electrical engineering lab equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in reviewing and troubleshooting PCBA schematics.
• Hands-on experience in rework and soldering work on PCBAs.
• Strong research skills, with the ability to analyze components for procurement.
• Knowledge of test development and documentation.
• Familiarity with electrical engineering lab equipment and the ability to maintain it.
