Job Description:

As an Electrical Technician at Hatch, you will support engineering projects by installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems and components. You will work closely with engineers to ensure electrical designs are implemented correctly, assist in prototype testing, and provide technical troubleshooting to ensure high-quality project delivery.‍

• ‍PCBA Review and Troubleshooting: Assist in visually inspecting printed PCBAs Printed Circuit Board Assembly) to identify obvious defects or assembly issues
• Rework and Soldering: Assist with soldering, rework, and use of a heat gun on electronic circuit boards.
• Component Research: Help research and gather information on electronic parts by reviewing datasheets and manufacturer info.
• Test Development and Execution: Learn to use basic test tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes under guidance.
• Lab Equipment Maintenance: You'll be responsible for the proper use and maintenance of electrical engineering lab equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some hands-on experience related to electronics, soldering, or electrical assembly preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow technical skills on the job.
• Basic understanding of electronic components and circuit boards (PCBs)
• Team player who can follow direction and work collaboratively.
