Sophea is a Manufacturing Engineering Technician and Quality Engineer at Hatch, bringing over 14 years of experience in production leadership and aerospace manufacturing. Prior to joining Hatch, she served as a Production Team Lead at Astronics Armstrong Aerospace, later Astronics CSC, where she supported complex manufacturing programs in a highly regulated environment and led cross-functional teams to meet demanding quality and production standards.
