Ricky is the Production Manager at Hatch, bringing extensive leadership experience in operations, business development, and large-scale team management. Prior to joining Hatch, he held senior leadership roles at Otis Elevator Co., where he owned full sales and operations performance across multiple business lines, managing more than 130 employees and overseeing tens of millions in annual revenue.

Ricky holds a Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from Western Illinois University and an MBA from National Louis University. He is known for his hands-on leadership style, strong operational discipline, and ability to align teams around clear goals. At Hatch, Ricky drives production performance with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and quality, ensuring that projects move quickly and smoothly from the manufacturing floor to final delivery.
