Po serves as Hatch’s Office Manager and Human Resources lead, where she plays a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly and supporting the team at every stage of growth. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Benedictine University in Criminal Justice and Sociology and brings a strong organizational mindset to everything she does.

Known for her exceptional attention to detail and relentless work ethic, Po ensures that the Hatch team is supported, organized, and set up for success. From managing day-to-day office operations to guiding candidates through the interview process and welcoming new hires, she is often the first friendly face people meet at Hatch. She approaches every challenge with a solutions-focused attitude and consistently finds ways to improve processes and strengthen the team.
