Janani

Janani is a Software and Firmware Engineer at Hatch with a strong foundation in embedded systems, firmware development, and hardware integration. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and has hands-on experience across firmware architecture, microcontrollers, test automation, and hardware validation.

Before joining Hatch, Janani contributed to technical projects with organizations including Medtronic, John Deere, Endress+Hauser, and Leads Up AI, where she supported embedded systems, AI implementation, and cross-functional engineering initiatives. Passionate about solving complex technical challenges, she brings curiosity, precision, and a deep interest in embedded technology to every program. At Hatch, Janani supports firmware development from EVT through production, helping ensure reliable performance across connected and intelligent devices.
