Dan

Dan leads manufacturing at Hatch, bringing over 30 years of experience in highly regulated industries, including more than 15 years in aerospace under ISO AS9100 standards. He is an expert in manufacturing systems and enterprise resource planning, with deep knowledge of Epicor and end-to-end production operations. At Hatch, Dan oversees the full scope of contract manufacturing, ensuring quality, efficiency, and scalability across projects.

Since the inception of Hatch’s contract manufacturing division, Dan has taken the lead in building out the manufacturing operation. Under his leadership, the factory has grown rapidly to support more than 70 employees within just two years. Prior to Hatch, Dan managed Manufacturing at Telefonix, PDT, and Astronics.
