Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Web Developer – Entry Level to join our dynamic development team. This role is structured as an intern-to-hire pathway, offering the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate is eager to build, improve,and maintain web applications while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their technical skills in a real-world environment and contribute to meaningful projects from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications.
  • Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3B, and Modern JavaScript (ES6+), with a focus on developing type-safe components in React using TypeScript.
  • Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, manage data with SQL and MongoDB, and support application infrastructure and deployment within AWS.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems
  • Participating in testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization
  • Contribute ideas to improve system performance, user experience, and functionality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Understanding of authentication, user roles, and basic security best practice
  • Experience through coursework, personal projects, or other internship
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Familiarity with mobile app development is preferred (but not required)
  • Familiarity with cross-platform tools like Flutter
