Are you a quality aficionado with a passion for precision? Are you experienced in navigating the intricate world of ISO9001, APQP, and PPAP? If so, we're looking for a dynamic and dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This role is not just about maintaining standards; it's about setting new ones. As the gatekeeper of quality, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the impeccable quality of our products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Quality System Implementation: Overseeing the entire quality system implementation within the organization, you'll ensure that our products consistently meet or exceed established quality standards.
• Diverse Product Portfolio: With a wide range of products spanning various industries, you'll oversee the quality of outgoing products and ensure they meet the specific requirements of each industry.
• Day-to-Day QA Excellence: Handling daily quality assurance related issues with a keen eye for detail, you'll troubleshoot, analyze, and proactively address any concerns that arise.
• Customer Fulfillment: Meeting all special requirements and requests of our valued customers is a top priority. Your dedication to understanding and fulfilling their unique needs will be instrumental in building lasting partnerships.
• Training Leadership: You'll be responsible for all aspects of training the QA staff, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to maintain our uncompromising quality standards.
• ISO System Facilitator: As a champion of ISO standards, you'll play a vital role in representing and advocating for our customers' needs in internal matters related to ISO.
• Additional Duties: Flexibility and adaptability are key traits of a quality leader. You may be called upon to take on various other duties as assigned, always with an unwavering commitment to quality at the forefront.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-year supervisory experience in quality field
• Proven experience with ISO9001 implementation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
• Experience with Epicor is preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for precision.
